Quick to jump on board were James Vandenberg (Whore of Bethlehem) and Jason Garza (Id, Blast Perversion, Slow Grind). Needing some low end, Alan Berryman (Whore of Bethlehem, Cathexis) was summoned for bass duties and a full line up was quickly formed....
